We do not hold stock in the UAE yet. Your order is packed at our supplier’s warehouse abroad and sent to you with tracking.

What does The Season sell?
Kit for the UAE outdoor season: padel, cycling and running, desert camping and beach days. Every piece is picked for the UAE climate, meaning humidity, sand and strong sun.
When is the outdoor season in the UAE?
Roughly October to April. Padel moves outside in the evenings from October and all day by December, cycling and running run October to April, desert camping is best November to March, and the beach is at its best in October, November, March and April.
When can I order?
Orders open soon. You can browse the season now; tap "Tell me when it lands" on any product or write to hello@theseason.co and we will tell you as soon as it is available.
How long does delivery take?
Two to four weeks to anywhere in the UAE, tracked the whole way. Free over AED 150, otherwise AED 15.
Do you deliver to every emirate?
Yes, to all seven: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return anything unused in its original packaging for a full refund of the item price. If something arrives faulty, send us a photo within 48 hours and we collect it and refund or replace it at our cost.
How do I pay?
By card, or cash on delivery once you confirm the order by text. Prices are in UAE dirhams and include 5% VAT.
