Returns and refunds

You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Delivery fees are refunded when the item was faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty or damaged items: send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will collect the item and refund or replace it at our cost.

Change of mind: contact us with your order number and we will arrange a courier collection (AED 15, deducted from the refund) or you may drop the item at any branch of our courier partner free of charge.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days of the item reaching us. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

For hygiene, opened personal-care items cannot be returned unless faulty. Items marked "final sale" are excluded.

This policy sits alongside your rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and does not reduce them.
