The Season is operated by Lineage Technologies, Opus Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This page explains what we keep and why.

To deliver an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address and, if you give it, an email address for the receipt. To pack and send your order we share your name, mobile number and delivery address with our supplier’s warehouse, which is outside the UAE, and with the carriers that deliver it. We share nothing else, with anyone.

Card payments are handled by Network International (N-Genius). We never see or store your card number.

Order and delivery messages are sent by WhatsApp or SMS to the number you gave. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP.

Our site uses one cookie to remember your language and one to hold your basket. No advertising trackers are placed without your consent.

Order records are kept for 5 years as UAE tax law requires, then deleted. You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data at any time by writing to hello@theseason.co.
