Terms of sale

These terms apply to every purchase on The Season, which is owned and operated by Lineage Technologies, trade licence 1639817, Opus Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

All prices are in UAE dirhams and include 5% VAT. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; there are no hidden charges.

A contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item turns out to be unavailable, or if we suspect fraud.

Products are described as accurately as we can. Colours may differ slightly on screen. Where a product carries a safety or conformity certificate we hold a copy and will send it on request.

You must be 18 or older to place an order.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow that limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai.
