Partner terms

The Season (theseason.co) is run by Lineage Technologies, Dubai, trade licence 1639817. In these terms "we" means Lineage Technologies and "you" means the business that applied.

You tell us which products to list, with your retail price, stock and any details we need. We write the listing in English and Arabic and may photograph or style it in The Season look. You confirm the listing before it goes live.

The customer buys from The Season and pays us. We send you the order by email with a private order page. You accept it and hand it to your courier, or deliver it yourself, within 2 working days, and add tracking on the order page.

Pack each order without your own price invoice inside; The Season issues the customer receipt. Your branding on the product and packaging is welcome.

If a product is out of stock, tell us the same day. We refund the customer and nothing is owed either way.

You set the retail price. We sell at that price unless you agree otherwise in writing, including for bundles and promotions.

Our commission is 20% of the selling price including VAT. The first 10 partners pay 15% for their first 90 days. A different rate only applies if we both agree it in writing.

There is no listing fee, monthly fee or minimum.

Every 14 days we pay you the selling price less commission for each order that has been delivered, by bank transfer to the account you give us in writing, with a statement listing every order.

You are responsible for your own VAT and invoicing to us for the payout amount if your VAT registration requires it.

Customers have the 14-day returns promise on our Returns page. A returned item goes back to you in the condition the customer sent it; the sale is reversed and not paid out, or is deducted from the next payout if already paid.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items are your responsibility to replace or take back at your cost, including return shipping.

We handle the customer conversation. Please answer our questions about an order within one working day.

You confirm you are allowed to sell each product in the UAE, that it is genuine, safe and correctly described, and that any electrical or regulated item has the conformity certificate the UAE requires. Send us the certificate reference when asked.

You keep ownership of your trademarks and give us permission to use your name, logo and product images to list and promote your products on The Season while you are a partner.

A Featured placement costs AED 1,500 a month per Guide page (AED 750 for the first 3 months for founding venues), invoiced monthly in advance. It is always labelled Featured. It never changes our independent picks or what we write. Either side can stop at the end of any month.

A Season Pass perk is whatever you choose to offer pass holders, for as long as you choose; we list it on the pass page. Corporate kit orders use your products on the same commission unless we agree a different price for the volume.

Either side can end the partnership with 14 days notice by email. Orders already placed are completed and paid out under these terms.

Customer details we send you are only for delivering that order. Do not use them for marketing or share them.

We may update these terms with 30 days notice by email. The version you accepted is recorded with your application.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the UAE.
